Rachel’s Pilates offers group and private Pilates matwork classes, including antenatal and postnatal Pilates, in a friendly, supportive environment in the Wimbledon, Merton Park and Raynes Park area.

The aim of Pilates is to restore the natural strength and structure of the body and allow the body to work to its full potential with the least amount of effort.

Rachel’s Pilates classes are designed to fit each individual’s need in a peaceful, supportive and positive environment and aim to increase your muscle tone, strength and mobility.

Even if the class you want is full, email me to go on the waiting list. Spaces do come up! Please note that I do private classes as well.
